NewYork-Presbyterian Queens is a 535-bed community teaching hospital.

NewYork-Presbyterian Queens is affiliated with Weill Cornell Medical College. The emergency department, which treats more than 124,000 patients annually, features a pediatric emergency department and is a designated Level 1 Trauma Center. The hospital is home to an emergency medicine residency program, and is a designated stroke center and primary PIC center & post-cardiac arrest hypothermia center. It has been recognized by The Joint Commission as a “Top Performer on Key Quality Measures.”

NewYork-Presbyterian Queens is the receiving hospital for CitiField, home of the New York Mets baseball team; LaGuardia Airport and the USTA National Tennis Center.

NewYork-Presbyterian Queens is a 2014 recipient of Lifeline Quality Achievement award given by the American Heart Association.
