Amato Published in Pediatric Emergency Medicine Section Newsletter


Christopher Amato, MD, FACEP, director of the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship at Morristown (N.J.) Memorial Hospital, recently published an article in the January edition of the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Section Newsletter.

The article, titled “ED Management of Asthma in Children: The Reasons Behind the Weezin,” explores various aspects of Asthma from trigger points to state-of-the-art treatment.

Dr. Amato is a pediatric emergency physician who lectures both regionally and nationally on key topics in the field. Heis the medical director for pediatric advanced life support (PALS) courses for Atlantic Health System.
