Ash Nashed, MD, FACEP - Board Member, joined Emergency Medical Associates of New Jersey in 1993. Dr. Nashed is a member of EMA’s Board of Directors and a staff emergency physician and Former Associate Program Director for Emergency Medicine Residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown, New Jersey.
Dr. Nashed is a professional society member of the New Jersey Chapter of American College of Emergency Physicians, Society for Academic Emergency Medicine, and Alpha Omega Alpha, the National Honor Medical Society.

In 1992, his exhibit for Mathematical Modeling in Electrocardiography won the “ Best Educational/Informative Exhibit” at the ACEP Annual Scientific Assembly in Seattle, Washington. He was also awarded the Groff Foundation Scholarship. Dr. Nashed received his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey and graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey with honors. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Morristown Memorial Hospital. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a Diplomat of the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
