| Information: | This position works in our call center assisting patients with questions and issues relating to the invoices received for physician services. Job responsibilities include: answering phone calls; resolving patient inquiries by phone and in writing; obtaining insurance information and address changes; updating patient accounts; contacting insurance carriers; printing cash batches and patient charts as required; and other duties as assigned. Candidates must: have excellent customer service skills; must be able to multi-task and work independently; be able to handle difficult calls with patience; Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish/English). |
