Information:Alpha Physician Resources is seeking a Healthcare Office Manager to oversee all functions of our daily operations for our primary care/urgent care/occupational medicine facility in Middletown, NJ. The selected candidate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: fiscal operations such as budget planning and accounting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, on-going education, ensuring excellent customer relations, preparing daily deposits, overseeing maintenance of physical plant, developing policies and procedures for various facility activities, implementing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, representing the establishment at community meetings and promoting programs through various news media, cultivating relationships with physicians and patients and also developing relationships with contacts with insurance representatives. The Office Manager will manage supervise approximately 20-25 employees. This position reports directly to the Director of Ambulatory Services. Requirements for this highly responsible and visible position are: • A minimum of five years Medical Management/Hospital Management or equivalent experience • High School equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Knowledge of insurance rules and regulations, referrals and pre-authorization · Strong Computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office suite • Excellent interpersonal skills · Good judgment and ability to work independently · Excellent communication skills both verbal and written · Minimal monthly travel
