Information:Alpha Physician Resources, a physician practice management company specializing in emergency medicine, is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter. The medical group we represent, Emergency Medical Associates (EMA), is highly regarded in its field. The Sourcing Recruiter will work directly with our team of recruiters and a recruiting coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing targeted recruitment plans for physician and associate practitioner openings; utilize methods including networking, cold calling, professional associations, conference, referral programs, social media and online search tools to source and recruit candidates; track and analyze results and develop reports to measure productivity and effectiveness; and other duties as assigned. Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent researching skills using the Internet, telephone calls or other channels; have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation; possess strong verbal and written communication skills; have an ability to prioritize projects/tasks; and be able to provide excellent customer service. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in Emergency Medicine physician recruitment; prior agency and corporate recruiting experience; AIRS certification is highly desired.
