Janice Klostermeier, CPA, FACHE, MHA, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, joined Emergency Medical Associates in June 2011 as part of the executive team overseeing financial operations for the company.
Ms. Klostermeier is a seasoned, highly skilled executive with a broad administrative health care background. She brings a wealth of talent and business knowledge, and partners with the President & CEO and the Executive Vice President & COO in her role.
Prior to joining Emergency Medical Associates, Ms. Klostermeier was the chief financial officer with health organizations in Texas, with her last role at a physician partner-owned hospital in Dallas. She enjoyed the physician-partnership model and relishes the opportunity to work for another physician-owned organization. She has more than 25 years of administrative and financial leadership at major hospital systems in Texas.
Ms. Klostermeier has been a certified public accountant in Texas since 1989 and in addition to her financial background also holds a master of arts in health services administration and is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. klostermeierj@alpha-apr.com
