John Bertolini, MD, FACEP


		John Bertolini, MD, FACEP, Regional Vice President joined Emergency Medical Associates of New Jersey in 1996. Dr. Bertolini is a Regional Vice President for EMA. He is responsible for the New York contracts as well as Christ Hospital and Union Hospital. He was formerly a member of EMA’s Board of Directors and the recent past Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Union Hospital. He is a member of the both the New York and New Jersey Chapters of the American College of Emergency Physicians, and the American College of Physician Executives.

	Dr. Bertolini received his undergraduate degree at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington D.C. He completed his internship in General Surgery at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut and his residency in Emergency Medicine at the Georgetown/George Washingtion University combined program in Washington D.C. He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Emergency Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. bertolinij@emamd.com
