Joseph Ponticiello, MD, FACEP, joined Emergency Medical Associates of New Jersey in 2005. Dr. Ponticiello previously served as a member of EMA’s Board of Directors. He is the Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Sound Shore Medical Center, New Rochelle, New York.
He is a professional society member of the New York Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Ponticiello received his undergraduate degree at S.U.N.Y. Binghamton, Binghamton, NY, and his medical degree from Stony Brook, Stony Brook, NY. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI.
