Marc M. Bonin, DO, FACOEP

Marc M. Bonin, DO, FACOEP, joined Emergency Medical Associates (EMA) in 2014 and is the chair of the emergency department at Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon, Pa.

Prior to his appointment at Good Samaritan Hospital, Dr. Bonin served as site director at Marian Community Hospital in Carbondale, Pa.; he led the emergency department to award winning efficiency and patient satisfaction scores and nearly doubled their annual patient volume.

 

Dr. Bonin is a Fellow of the American Academy of Osteopathic Emergency Medicine and a committee member of the Emergency Medical Services and Undergraduate Education ACOEP committees. He currently serves as a clinical adjunct faculty member for the Kings College physician assistant program, in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.  

       
  Dr. Bonin received bachelor’s degrees in biochemistry and in psychology from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Ariz. and a master’s degree in applied health psychology from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Ariz. He received a medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Mo. Dr. Bonin completed his residency in emergency medicine at Memorial Hospital in York, Pa.
