Michael A. Bernstein, M.D., MBA., joined Emergency Medical Associates of New Jersey in 2007. Dr. Bernstein is the Director of the Emergency Department at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital @ Rahway, where he is also an attending physician. He previously served as the EMA Site Director of the Emergency Department of Capital Health System, Fuld and Mercer Campuses, in Trenton, NJ. He also served as the Associate Director of the Fuld Campus.

Dr. Bernstein is a professional society member of the New Jersey Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians, American Academy of Emergency Medicine, and the American Medical Association. He received his undergraduate degree at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and his medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Yeshiva University, Bronx New York. Dr. Bernstein received his MBA from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Evanston, Illinois in 2000. He completed his transitional year internship at Saint Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York, and completed a combined residency in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York. bernsteinm@emamd.com |
