Oscar Marcilla, MD, FACEP-Board Member, joined Emergency Medical Association of New York in 2005. Dr. Marcilla is the Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Nyack Hospital, Nyack NY.
He is a professional society member of the New York Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians, New York American Academy of Emergency Physicians, and Delaware Valley American Academy of Emergency Physicians, which encompasses New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Dr. Marcilla received his undergraduate degree at Long Island University, Brooklyn, NY and his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, NY. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Jacobi Hospital, Bronx, NY.
