Sol Nevins, MD, FACEP


		Sol Nevins, MD, FACEP, joined Emergency Medical Associates (EMA) in 1980. Dr. Nevins is a member of EMA's Board of Directors, chairs the Health Benefits and Retirement Beneftis committees, and is a member of the Superior RRG Board of Directors. Dr. Nevins is an emeritus staff emergency physician at Morristown (N.J.) Medical Center. He is a member of the New Jersey Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Society of Academic Emergency Physicians and National Association of EMS Physicians.

	Dr. Nevins received his undergraduate degree with highest honors from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, N.J., and received his medical degree from The University of Chicago (Prizker) Medical School. He completed his emergency medicine residency at The University of Chicago Hospitals and Clinics. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine and a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. As part of his work at EMA, Dr. Nevins is a faculty member for the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Morristown Medical Center. He recently retired as medical director of Atlantic Ambulance Company. He was the chair of the New Jersey State MICU Medical Advisory Committee and Morristown Medical Center’s Disaster Committee. nevinss@emamd.com
