The development of our dynamic web-based scheduler is the direct result of listening to and responding to the needs of our physician-partners, including the special needs of academic sites with residencies. Our web-based scheduler has reduced the time required to develop physician schedules by 70%. It uses shift requests from each physician and automates much of the initial scheduling process. Physicians love the ease of making their own switches either on their computers or mobile devices.
