Top 10 Reasons to Join EMA as a PA

HIGHLY COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

EMA’s data-driven system allows us to optimize productivity, efficiency and collections at each site, resulting in highly competitive compensation for our clinicians.

EMA provides one of the most comprehensive benefits plans, including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as well as retirement programs. EMA offers a 401(k) match, as well as a profit-sharing match. Professional expense reimbursement is also available for continuing education expenses. Malpractice insurance is also provided for all clinicians.

PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

EMA supports the professional development of the entire ED team (physicians, associate practitioners, nurses and the administrative staff) through CME courses, seminars and educational conferences to keep our clinicians abreast of industry regulations and trends. Educational programs are provided in a variety of formats, including web-based learning. Opportunities are available for growth and development throughout the EMA organization.

DISTINGUISHED  COLLEAGUES

PA/NPs who join EMA enjoy the pride that comes from being part of an organization dedicated to transforming its emergency departments into centers of excellence. We are focused on quality patient care, service excellence and the satisfaction of all our patients and providers. EMA physicians are board-certified, and many are local and national experts in clinical, academic and professional issues in emergency medicine. Likewise, EMA requires our PA/NPs to have national certification and encourages them to be involved in those same professional endeavors.
